Every video costs credits based on its length and quality tier, and the exact cost is always shown before you create. Credits refill at the start of each billing cycle, and you can top up any time with a one-time credit pack that never expires.
Every paid plan includes all viral formats. You can switch formats any time; your credits work for every format. Plans differ by video length range, scene count, monthly credits and volume, how many social accounts you can connect, and whether Premium quality is included (Daily and above).
Auto-publish means ViralUp posts your finished videos to your connected accounts for you. Every paid plan, including Starter, can run one Series that posts to its channel for you automatically. The account number is how many channels can post for you at the same time, one Series each, so higher plans reach more channels. Daily and above also let you schedule or publish individual videos on their own from the export screen, while Starter downloads and posts those manually.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at your next billing date, and cancellation is two clicks from the dashboard with your plan staying active until the period ends. Videos you have already exported stay yours forever.
Yearly plans are billed once per year and cost at least 20% less than paying monthly. Your credits still refill every month, and you can switch your billing cycle when changing plans.
Subscription credits reset when your new cycle starts, so the monthly volume is designed to be used. One-time credit-pack top-ups are different: they never expire and roll over until spent.
